Biography

Brett Sandifer has several years of litigation experience, primarily in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury. He is admitted to practice law in Louisiana state courts and the U.S. Middle District Court of Louisiana.  

Brett graduated from Louisiana State University and then Mississippi College School of Law, where he was the historian for the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity as well as a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. 

Prior to joining our law firm, Brett practiced litigation in multiple capacities, some of which include General Counsel for The Carpenter Health Network, In-House Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Assistant Attorney General for the Louisiana Office of the Attorney General, Assistant District Attorney for Calcasieu Parish, and as a solo practitioner.
