Biography

Shannon Williams Hultberg practices litigation principally in the areas of personal injury, insurance claims, and debt collection. Shannon is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and federal courts.

Born in Baton Rouge, Shannon earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University. Then, Shannon graduated from Tulane University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 2000. During her time at Tulane, Shannon was a member of the Moot Court Appellate Team and the National Moot Court Appellate Team, winning First Place Oralist.

Before joining the firm, Shannon practiced in multiple areas of the law and gained significant litigation experience. She previously worked as subrogation counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Company and as a staff attorney to Judge Richard “Chip” Moore III in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court.

Shannon dedicates much of her free time to volunteering in the Baton Rouge community. Shannon serves as past president of The Baton Rouge Cotillion, past board member of The Baton Rouge Symphony League, and ambassador for Karnival Krewe de Louisiane. Shannon is the recipient of inRegister Magazine’s Women with a Cause 2020 for her work with BR Answer the Call, and the Melvin Jones Fellowship of Lions Clubs International for humanitarian services to the community.

Shannon is the proud mother of Catherine (20) and Caroline Hultberg (18).
